At AMZ Growth Guru, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy delineates the terms and conditions under which refunds may be sought and processed for services rendered by our Amazon PPC Agency.
SERVICE DELIVERY
Given the digital nature and personalized approach of our services, conventional ‘returns’ are inapplicable.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
A refund may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Pre-Service Cancellation: Should you opt to cancel your service order prior to the initiation of any work, a full refund will be granted. Kindly notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled commencement date.
- Unsatisfactory Service: In the event of dissatisfaction with our service, please communicate your concerns within seven (7) days of service delivery. Our team will promptly address your issues and propose suitable solutions. If we fail to meet the agreed-upon service scope, a partial or full refund may be issued.
NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will not be entertained under the following circumstances:
- Services delivered in their entirety and in accordance with the agreed-upon service proposal.
- Fees associated with third-party applications, software, or services utilized for PPC campaigns.
- Dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our control, such as alterations in Amazon’s policies or marketplace dynamics.
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To initiate a refund request, please reach out to us at israr@amzgrowthguru.com, providing the following details:
- Your name and contact information
- Date of service order and invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
We commit to reviewing your request and responding within four (4) business days.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method utilized.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this Policy as required. Significant alterations will be communicated to you via email.
